    remove trans skill books from pi plz

    there is really no reason for them to drop anymore considering you can get them from npc =/, plz just add the remaining skill books to npc ...

    oh thanks for clearing that up because i thought since i was able to buy SQ and SG for wa and fs all of them were buyable from npc

    Agreed, this should have been patched before the last update Arcane trace and no reason why NPC can't offer all skill books and the skill book drop be removed.
