I am unable to create a Character and I just Downloaded this game and it says I need a to create a "Sub Password" and so I click the "create Sub Password" button, and I type in what I want it to be and it says "The Password Does Not Match". Please help me with this problem ASAP. Thanks.

You enter it once, then you click on the box right below to confirm or whatever.

yep, it is like registering a password, type it once then type it again.
