im assuming those rates r with regular cores? i've failed to +11 my blade on 7 seperate occassions now in a row once with reg cores and 6 times with all echs. now if those numbers r accurate then either estsoft fails at math or i have ridiculously shtty luck cuz probability speaking, failing +11 7 times in a row, 6 times with all echs, is completely absurd. makes me wonder how the same names always poop out +15 like it's nothing.
