This isn't conclusive enough man. Heres what u need to do.

Locate the person in real life

video tape every step of the hacking process

get a confession on video of the person hacking

Of course have at least 24 witnesses

after you've met those requirements, If ur lucky theres a 3% chance that these GMs will do anything at all good luck.
