hotmail.

tried to use hotmail.com, live.com, hotmail.ca, live.ca

They're all the same provider... Hotmail and live are both from microsoft, and are pretty terrible. Try gmail, tends to always work everywhere.

Hotmail and yahoo tend to have the most emails disappear from my experience.

that wasnt the issue. the issue was that cabal wasnt sending the validation email. it would actually pop up and say failed to send validation email.
