New Blader, info needed please.

I am creating a new blader, and was wondering if anyone is able to list some helpful info regarding skills, stats and gear? such as, what skills to get while leveling? what skills to avoid? what gear to look into getting? where to put my stats? Str or Dex? Amp, Crit Rate, Crit DMG or Attack? If anyone would be able to point me in the right direction, it would be appreciated. If anyone has it, a Final Skill Build, would be helpful. A list of all the main skills to go for at the end, with appropriate lvls, and explanations as to why these skills, and the skill levels chosen. If someone could list a set of gear (cheap) that I could look to try getting at later levels, it would help. Im just needing to know mainly what skills to get. Ive read that Str and Dex apply the same stats for a BL, so does it really matter on which to go with? If anyone can answer the above questions, you'd help me out a lot, please go into detail, not looking for some short answers.
