Banned Please help, Ticket sent in, need advise GM

this is all the process that were running while i playied cabal.
i recieved a msg saying my account is blocked for Third Party.
i can say i did not use any program or tried to violate cabal in any way.
i want to get this problem resolve, cause i thinks theres a big mis-understanding.
i dont want to be those guys who got bann for the wrong reason, and end up quiting
i played cabal for a long time, and always been loyal.
i never came across this problem before, and that why im asking for help.
i respect Est for blocking my account, because of suspision.
but i have not done anything to violate Cabal.
i already spend in a ticket and hoping for the best.
