All blade buffs are non stackable and each blade buff gives 20 rate. Then the astral weapon for fb is 15 rate so its 15 + 20 + 5 = 40 base rate. And the blades depend on what effect you want. Lightning is accuracy +500, fire is pierce +50 and ice is reduce dmg -100.

I'm not sure about the specifics of the blade buff effects but fire seemed to be the damage increasing one while ice was like a weaken debuff. Lightning was useless

Since you Xi and romp played the Wi on the new test server and mentioned that the 2 new buffs were implemented could you give us some description as to what they do?
Especially that shield that absorbs dmg? (uk duration, dmg absorbed etc)

1. Does AOS give rate anymore ?
2. Can you move around w/ an AOS ?
3. What is quick move ? Is it something like a blink or something that just prevents the attacks from coming in ? (and do you get hit if the opponent crits on you ?)
4. What is the ratio of int vs other stats such as rate resist, m atk etc ?
