BL Helm

Im a 163 BL and Im currently using a OSM Helm 20% CD and 8% CR. Is a STiT Helm 40%CD better?or worst? any help is appreciated thanks

I think it also depends on your weapons and if you have rate in them. If you do then you could go 40/7 st so u only loose 1 rate but u gain alot of cd, depending on the plus you won't loose much defence since +9 osm is +10 st, +8 osm is +9 osm etc etc. Then again, it all depends on the stats that your weapons and everything else has

Im using a FC Kat +9 20%cd and a FC Blade+9 7%amp,my boots,suit,and gloves are sig 7%amp.My current helm is Osm 20%cd 8%cr+9.

He basicly sums everything up for you to understand, talking about where you should put rate in if you have rate in helm etc etc. Will most likely give you a more definite answer than myself, also answers any further questions you may have regarding a blader class.

It just depends on your weapons. Damage helms are usually preferred because they are way cheaper than damage weapons and rate weapons are fairly cheap by comparison. I don't like getting anything below Osmium if I can help it for helms, unless it has a rate slot in it already, but that is my personal preference.
