Hi guys,

We have a sticky thread related to this issue already, but I'd like to try and collect as much information as possible for anyone that's currently lagging or disconnecting in-game. If you are, please look at the mini questionnaire below and reply directly to this thread with the info. filled out. If you're not comfortable with having this information public, you're more than welcome to PM me the answers.

- Are you experiencing lag, frequent disconnections, or both?
- How often do you lag/disconnect?
- Do you notice this happening in any specific area of the game (such as dungeons, or towns)?
- Where are you located (country & state/province)?
- What's the name of your Internet Service Provide (ISP)?
- Are you using a wired or wireless connection?
- Are you running a proxy to connect to CABAL?
- Are you using a Firewall (if so, which one)?

- How often do you lag/disconnect? Like 1-2 Per Hr
- Do you notice this happening in any specific area of the game (such as dungeons, or towns)? No . . . Well It ALWAYS happens When I Start Ic2 but pretty much happens in general
- Where are you located (country & state/province)? Atlanta,GA (Northside Estates)

i lagg a lot on arcane trace;but every day the first time i try to start cabal for the first time i always have to close cabal cuz it becomes frozen(white screen/loading error) and no my internet and cpu and everything is running fine.so here i go x.x
-frequent disconnection/lagg.
-every day when i try to start cabal for the first time.
-i mostly leave my char in pf skilling pet but mostly BI.
-Brentwood TN (The Governors Club).
-Comcast.
-wireless.
-no proxy.
firewall/antivirus is off when i play.

- How often do you lag/disconnect? I lag for a few secounds and I disconnect randomly once every other day or so.
- Do you notice this happening in any specific area of the game (such as dungeons, or towns)? everytime I enter a dungeon, a town and a new map.
- Where are you located (country & state/province)? USA, Nevada
- What's the name of your Internet Service Provide (ISP)? Cox High speed Internet Service

- How often do you lag/disconnect? constantly, especially when there's more players nearby. even just standing and not moving lags.. worst part is disconnected in NW unexpectedly, cuz wont be able to get back in due to high waiting list.(lose entrance fee, and items used while inside+no reward cuz its always before i get my 30pts)
