I Read the fix for this and going to see how things go...

I changed my network settings(the card) to 1.0g full duplex. Also disabled all wake on networkcard. I did a recent speedtest at speedtest.net results= 65ping/26.98mbps download/1.98mbps upload

Now to test the game for the next couple days and see what happens.
