Ive seen people slot their helms with cr,what scrolls are needed for that? also ive heard amp can be sloted as well is this true? If yes what is need for that as well?

Crit rate scrolls and amp scrolls. You can also get lucky using a random scroll for rate, idk about amp for that. Problem is, rate scrolls are extremely rare, and amp scrolls even more so.

Amp, as far as I know, cannot be obtained using a random scroll.

yepp amp can't be obtained using a random scroll

u can try this methode to:
1) Buy stit helm 2 slot 8% rate/16 cd and SEM.
2) Put cd on first slot.
3) Use SEM.
4) Random scroll with 10 force cores on 2nd slot?

a- Fail! Max mp or some crap in 2nd slot then put a cd with 1 fcm in extended slot and hope it fails.If it fail it 2 slot will be empty again
b- Success! Crit rate in 2nd slot
If you get rate in 2nd slot try to upgrade the helm as high as possible before trying cd in 3rd slot. Each + gives you better % at succeding.
