    Lightbulb Solved lag laptop with Windows 7 & Intel i Processor

    I have been having a in-game lag problem since the last Cabal update.
    I solved it by 'unparking' my CPUs.
    Search the net for ways to unpark your CPUs, different solutions for different setups.
    This program worked for me on ASUS i7 64 bit.
