Dear GM
I just charged alot of game cards today and after I done 200USD charged I have covert those into C-Points to get vouchers.
After that I charged another 100USD and it did not show up on my account at all.
Could you check for me please? and also please make sure I can covert them into C-Point as I need them for vouchers.
I have a ticket open please let me know if more information is needed.
