Which Kat Is Better?

I'm on the fence about this one can somebody make a suggestion? My 2 options are either

+15 Osm Kat 168 Attack / 36CD

vs

+9 Craftsman Forcy Kat 175 Attack / 28CD / 10 all attack up.

ALSO while im on the subject i might as well. How exactly does all attack up work? I assume that it gave 10 attack to both of the weapons you used. Like for example if i were using kat and an orb that i would get 10 for each of those. Is this how the all attack thing works?

I will also add that i'm level 161. I read somewhere that level matters when it comes to choosing CD vs BASE ATTACK. Not sure if theres any truth to that but i'll leave that there in case.

All attack simply means add 10 to both magic and physical attack. And I would go with the forcy kat personally.

That's really just 8 crit dmg vs 17 attack.

If you look at it like that, of course the osmium will be better, but in the not-so-long run, Forci is far better. +10 it and it'll be better than the osmium. +11 or higher and it'll be way better than the osmium.

In general: 5 attack = 2 cd

Some people will disagree but I consider that a good guideline for picking weapons.

but if u have 1.2k+ attack, u might wanna go for cd
in the end as a FB, it's all about ur rate/max rate

And yea i'd definately go with the Forci bcs that base attk. It's more difficult to get that 1.2k+ base with osm

Why did rockstar quit anyways? I remember people spoke about him 2 years ago but i never got to see him play. Are there any cool youtube videos of him out?
