My account was blocked because i forgot my sub password...after i tried many time with many different sub password now i can not log in my account any more please solve this problem for me please ! my account is manik, character named pucka....thanks for helping me GM !

Also one last suggestion log into site and send a HD ticket with proof of ownership of the account, good luck.

Unblocking an account that has been locked
1) Sign-In to the website
2) Go to "Account Management" section.
3) Click on OTP button to send the OTP to your registered email account.
4) Type in your OTP sent to your email on the blank space provided.
5) Your account is now unblocked from Sub-Password block and Sub-Password is reset
