Account was blocked...GM please help me !

GM please help me unblock my account...2 days ago, i tried to open my sub password my sub password but i forgot the subpassworb because this is second account...after i tried 4-5 times sub passworb then i got block from my account...my account is manik and character named puchka in Merc.
Please help me unblock the account as soon as posible !

Hi derick,

To unblock your account, head over to the main website (www.cabal.com), sign in, and click the Account Management button. From here, sign in again with your email and hit the Change button right next to Sub PW Reset. Follow the instructions and you'll be able to reset it and play again.
