At first I figured we would, but atm it's actually looking like we won't after all. Meaning probably Pt 1 this month, and maybe Pt 2 next month or March.

You will get both parts (1 and 2) together. [you not me, since im from EU]

As for the extract, the update will 'extract" all your stats automatically. Meaning you will have 0 STR/DEX/INT after the update and xxxx free stats point to reallocate to where you wanna. You wont need extract pots to do that.
