    For someone like me (a weirdo), this looks handy. I should be close to only be hit on crits in the future just about without the synergy. I'll block just about anything else thrown at me from players in BM. After all, I'm re-building as anti-BM.

    Unfortunately, this synergy isn't a +Def rate/Evasion buff.

    It's a -Attack rate/Hit debuff. So it'll only affect people who are there when your fatal goes off. If somebody (or multiple people) shows up 3 seconds later, it won't help you.

    Correct. And with an already higher than normal def rate, which counters attack rate if higher than attack rate (which most ppl do NOT have 5k atk rate) then it widens the gap more. Add that to Blindness (-400 atk rt) and the gap is easily large enough to surpass any and all non-critical hits (or combo). All I'll have to do is increase my resist c-rate as well and it's like I have eva pots on all the time.
