    Interesting things i noticed.

    C. Instant Skills And Their Characteristics

    - No animation for skill activation (Activation time 0 sec)
    - Can be activated while using other skills
    - Can be activated even during Combo (Not counted for Combos, No effect on Combo)

    D. Skills changed to Instant Skills

    - Instant Immunity
    - Resist Barrier
    - Intuition
    - Art of Fierceness
    - Intense Blade
    - Cat’s Recovery
    - Bear’s Vitality
    - Bloody Spirit
    - Resist Intention
    - Art of Defense
    - Art of Force Control
    - High Regeneration
    - Mortal Bane
    - Art of Sniping
    - Sprit Shield
    - Quick move
    - Reflex Shield


    *** this seems fun. no cast time for shorts, and u can do them while u combo. sweet.

    Buffs Revision

    - Skills have been added, modified, and removed for every Battle Style.
    - Effects, duration, and cool times have changed for select buff skills.
    - Force Blader can now only use one Blade skill.


    **** ouch, not triple stacking blade skills anymore. Glad I sold my FB


    Offensive Skill Revision

    - Cool times for all offensive skills have been adjusted.
    - Point costs for Skill Level up have been adjusted.
    - Skill Amplification increased for all skill levels.


    ****Wonder what this will be like, cool downs changed, and more amp???


    - Difficulty levels and monster levels have changed for all Dungeons.


    **** seems legit, they are increasing values of enchant levels. +15 forcium crystal with 301 m attack.


    You will also notice some changes on the skill levels. When you first log in after Rising Force is live all your skills will be set back to level 1, and all your skill points refunded. However, don’t worry too much about remembering which skills are on which level, since yet another change is that all skills now have fixed cooldowns. So it does not matter if your Warrior has Whirlwind on level 1 or on level 20, as the cooldown will be the same. Only the damage and other effects change as the skill levels.


    **** this worries me. Level 1 and level 20 have the exact same cool down. What are they setting the cool downs at? lvl 1? lvl 9? lvl 15? lvl 20?

    sadly, no more tab ( Z, mouse wheel ) targeting function anymore. this hurts, but it will eliminate the macro botting by making the only way to target something by clicking on it.


    Magic Control (WI): Self-buff that increases Magic Attack
    Spirit Shield (WI): A barrier that reduces damage


    **** makes me glad i have a WI
