Unless you personally designed the font, it's really hard to give this one a rating. Typography takes a lot more than just typing out words using fancy fonts. Also, did you just crop the background from another image or did you do it yourself? I would definitely suggest going further than this.

When you make it on photoshop/ paint, there's an option to change your picture size. A typical signature is around at least 100 x 250 pixels ~ 250 x 600 pixels.
