Upcoming astral buff and BM1

Does anyone know if after the next update the new astral buff that FBs will have would apply during BM1? I'm guessing the single blade buff still won't, but astral buff should act the same way as a passive, so my guess is that it would work.

I am going to assume the 15 rate from Astral buff will still apply while in BM, but the 20 rate from blade buff will not.
