Combo Lag

I don't lag during gameplay, but my combo is not very resposive for example
hit land
( ^ | ^ | )

But on my brothers laptop, which has less ram, less hd, and a slower processor than me has no lag

Is there something I need to do with my comp to make it not lag? becuase unless I'm on his laptop I can't do the higher dps combos

It can only do that much with a bad connection.. Helps me a lot.

The problem for me is the internet lines it uses seem to be the same ones my last ISP did. Oddly, my new ISP is both faster upload and faster download, yet the ping time is exactly the same and in fact I actually can't even dash combo anymore. How does a faster internet connect slower with cabal? Don't think it's my end...
