I've tried most of the ones on eu forums and there all just empty files and when i google it those are the only ones that come up. So can anyone give me a link to an updated ui skin that works. o_o

You're lucky that there is minor changes to the UI in Rising Force. There is however a few additional texture_ui pages(12-15) and a large add to 10.

every time I download them there just empty files just like the first time I tried the download file is just a blank page not a folder

I just started work on a new one based off the colors and slight display of Cabal 2. We'll see how long it takes and how it turns out .

Ray, do you still only do the limited skins or do you do the full complete versions?

Sorry taking awhile but I've been swamped all this past couple weeks with school so have not be able to do anything. Once I actually do, it'll probably only take a few hours to fix any new stuff and the new pages. I may try to refine some parts of it though, which will add a day or two to test, fix, and tune it up.
