How good is EOD leveling?

I'm level 104 and I was wondering how good is leveling in EOD, cause I don't wanna grind in Forgotten Ruin and RS seems the be the only legit choice until 105 or so I heard.

If you can get past the 2 vampire boss in the first 15 to 20min then you can grind in the area on the other side of the gates which is full of mobs. This area is good for racking up EXP for a player at level 104. One suggestion so you don't go through to many HP pots get some vamp items like Earrings and an Amulet and a force ring they will help with surviving the mob rushes while you grind.
