Okay...so I've been gone for a good two years and I come back and this whole game has gone topsy-turvy from what it was before...anything I should know? How do you get BM3? What about the new dungeons? Any help is welcome.

For details about BM3 you can read the quest from Port Lux instructor. And theres some details in the March 2013 "3rd Awakening" patch notes on Cabal's main site.
Basically you need to do quests until you collect 40 quest items called "stain clones". Then use them to craft a BM3 skill book.
You also get a free daily quest for 1 free stain a day: Chapter 1, Chapter 2, or Chapter 3, your choosing; I suggest doing it daily to save alz.hi im Peaches
