ok I have a 190 wiz with +15 full sig set, +15 40/7 x 2 topaz orbs, high quality accessories, and my damage on mobs in arcane trace is 2k less than yesterday.
wth is this about? I haven't run any dungeons yet but if they have the same 25% damage reduction this is really going to .

someone did read patch notes, apparently I missed something, so do me a favor and tell me what I missed about my damage being reduced so drastically.
