ive just been hacked and somehow the hacker changed my email and pass without my email buzzing. however, Chrome is still logged into my account on the site so i can send tickets.. HOWEVER, while im writing these tickets the hacker is deleting them before my tickets get read by the staff....

Can't you also change the password if you are still logged in? as well as change the email? Or better yet, create a new account and send it in that way with the new email that the person is using.

i cant change the password cause it asks me to log in agian..and thats when its changed...

just make a new account and send in a ticket from there, just make sure that you put the username in the ticket from the other account to let them know what account you are talking about.
