    I craft blades, all crafting is free if you provide the mats and will continue to be.

    According to research i done with my char (WI lvl 175)

    My original stats:

    STR 74 +3 Rune
    INT 1082 +3 Rune
    DEX 133 + 8 Rune and Belt

    (Min req for Forcium Orbs +10 and Forcium Suit +8)

    I use 100-ish potions of INT remove to test out values:

    INT Stat:

    Magic Attack
    INT 1085 = 2228
    INT 1000 = 2186
    INT 997 = 2183

    so i calculate that:

    INT < 1000 : For every 1 INT, M. Attack +1
    INT >= 1000 : For every 1 INT, M. Attack +0.5

    Resistances:

    I dont go lower than 997 INT, i dont see any difference:

    Resist Rate : 5%
    Resist C. Damage : 11%
    Resist Stun, Down, Knockback, Skill amp: 5%
    Resist Unamovable: 2% (WHY? lol)

    DEX Stat:

    Confirming the Wormy patch notes (And your tests):

    Attack Rate
    DEX < 200 : For every 1 DEX, Attack Rate +6
    200 <= DEX < 600 : For every 1 DEX, Attack Rate +2

    Defense Rate
    DEX < 200 : For every 1 DEX, Defense Rate +5
    200 <= DEX < 600 : For every 1 DEX, Defense Rate +2

    Evasion
    DEX < 200 : For every 1 DEX, Evasion +6
    200 <= DEX < 600 : For every 1 DEX, Evasion +2

    (Wormy says the upper limit is 600, but i dont test it...)

    STR Stat:

    I get it to 100, but i guess it work the same way DEX works:

    Damage Reduce
    STR 77 (Initial value) = 118
    STR 103 (Final value) = 131

    So 1 STR = 0,5 Damage Reduce

    Attack (useless, but meh lol)

    STR 77 = 657
    STR 103 = 664

    So 1 STR = 0.26 Attack.

    Comparing with your numbers we can conclude that STR "intervals" are lower for attack and damage reduction.

    Expect that every class is different with this numbers, except for DEX (They seem to apply for everyone, except FB and BL that get attack from them)

    And i think that level (Or battle Rank) can influence the formula too, so if a 190 can do some tests it will be ideal.

    My final stats:

    STR 103
    INT 1000
    DEX 200

    Believe me fellow Wizards, with this stats, i can survive nicely on PI, yes i sacrifice 40-ish m attack, but the survability seems overall better.

    I hope this can help crunching numbers for a new calculator :P
