I'm sure this has already been stated somewhere by somebody but:

STR/INT/DEX scales differently at different intervals.

Therefore: these numbers don't really mean anything because even a Wiz will have over 55 str by endgame.

They scale the same the entire time, but at certain points you get a bonus to some stats.

Try this on an endgame FB. You will not gain this much per Dex.
