How do wa's improve on Accuracy?

Also, if 'miss' is a function of attk rate (that is if u have high of it, the less likely u'll miss in auto attk and bm3)
what is 'block' a function of? Is it accuracy?

Block is a function of Accuracy and Evasion.

Accuracy comes from Tempus's ring, certain buffs, and certain skills have extra accuracy on them. I believe base accuracy is determined by your class (not sure on this).

Evasion comes from Dex, you can also get a small amount from suit/pet (same places flee rate came from).


Btw after the update, there's really not a reason to not get Concentration now. There are more than enough slots, more than enough points, and you don't even have to cast it because it's passive. If you still don't have it, get it. It might sound silly to you if you already remembered to get it, but probably 80% of all WA's have forgot that Concentration even exists even though they're complaining about "Miss"
