I was wondering if there was a way to change my accounts info, my friend quit a few months ago and gave it to me but I forgot to tell him to change everything.
I been trying to get a hold of him pass few weeks but I get no reply
So I was wondering if there is anything I can do to change the email,password ect

You are not the owner they will not help you
To change the email you. Have to send them a picture Id that matches the info the account was registered with

That is what they require to change email on a account so sounds like you are screwed

Only thing you can do to makethe char "yours" is xfer it to your own account and even then it's still a shady area on legitamency

Anyways, even if I'm feeding the troll....

Just make a new account that belongs to you. You will enjoy having a few days (I don't know what it is at now, 10 days?) of free premium with exp boost, warp, etc.
If you do all your quests and grind a little in Ruina Station, you can easily reach lvl 100 in a few days, then once you hit 110, grinding in lakeside will boost you up to 125 in no time.

Don't mooch off other people's work, do something yourself

I don't know about other people, but for me when I see people being given accounts / chars / gears it makes me think of the little Daddy's Girl that never has to lift a finger because Daddy's rich and gives her everything she wants. Blargh.
