BL skill damage question..

why does Lightning slash dealt more damage than Death tempest? but it clearly says there that DT has more attk sw.amp and cdi than LS?
som1 tell me why :P

Even though DT has higher base stats, the way the skill is executed, LS was meant to deal more damage. Example Death Tempest Hits 3 times, and Lightning Slash hits 5 times.
