What's the point of having good items dropped if u cant sell?

Drop rate is garabge. Run IC1 460+ never dropped an epaulet or extenders. Feel like im wasting my time when i run it and i get 1-2 UCHH 4 UCH 2 FCHH and garbage equipments.

That garbage equipment is the best thing out of that list, turn it into crafting ingredients and craft.
