T.T I think a max rate build should only apply to classes like FS and FA. Only because of their special attacks that give so much dang Crit damage. (FS> Shield Splinter FA> Critical Shot)
But Ras amp it still very important. ^.^

don't get me wrong,amp is cool,it makes you stronger,but people use too much of it and do less dps because they aren't critting as often as they would with max rate
