Yes! Thanks..but can some1 tell me the cooldown and stun time (still 8sec right?) of lvl20 Stigma?
I'm just going to try different ones but I like Leon and Rockstar's

Stun stays 8. Forgo cool at 20 but I think it was above 8 o.o

Anyways gotta go 19 = 8.5s cd
