Would be nice to see a system such as Tera's battleground/ 3v3 ladder where you earn a certain amount of credits from winning or losing and can, in turn, trade in those credits for various gear or even crafting materials.
It could probably be set up something similar like this:
1. Credits can only be earned during season match queues.
2. 50 credits for winning, 10 credits for losing.
3. Your current ELO/ MMR determines what type of gear you can trade your credits in for.
4. You can only earn up to 1000 credits every week
5. Season ELO/MMR resets every 4 weeks
