Here's the deal: I used to play back when all you needed to upgrade a slotted item was a force core and a piece of equipment to "sacrifice." Now you need these upgrade scrolls?? Where do you get these from besides the agent in Bloody Ice where they cost a fortune?

I know you have to extract them but from what? For example, I need an upgrade scroll (low) to upgrade a slotted pair of armor gloves. How do I get one?
