I think we should have a "Welcome to Cabal" event where there is an exp boost and a boatload of skill exp boost. But of course it shouldn't be limited to only Steam Players.

Meh they can has that but we need to get like our own event for leting it happen/ getting cabal a higher playerbase.

That's a waste of it though. I suggested giving out bonus skill experience because the most discouraging thing to a new character is waiting on the training dummy, so a boost could help that. Then an increase in regular experience is good for everybody all around (except xx9 farming war).

You said replace skill exp with war exp... you can already exchange them.
