The problem that I see is that the new Craftsman items should have had a higher level requirement instead of a lower one because they have better stats than their counterparts (Normal crafted). Craftsman Forcium should have been lvl 130+ since regular crafted was lvl 127 (at +7 for both btw)

The problem has nothing to do with wars themselves or people up-gearing noob characters. It's that the level requirements for good gears decreased when it shouldn't have.
