So, you guys aren't really helping server by banning offenders. You're just giving them a get out of jail with a small fee card. Just to clarify things.

1. The "bail-out system" is a service provided by CABAL PH.
2. CABAL PH is published by E-Games.

That 'bail-out' system has been ongoing in Cabal PH from the very start, however unofficially. All you need to do is go to a web cafe that caters to e-games and get the e-games rep information/number. When the rep comes over, you just give him a little 'token' of your appreciation and he/she will unblock your account. All the hackers over there do that at least once/month, lol.
