Help the transfer problem

HELP THE TRANSFER PROBLEM

Well come to ask help of some gm, so you can fix the bug with the ids and passwords are not being recognized by the est site.

I managed to make 3 transf different emails and just on my main account, the site informs that station id or password incorrect, I'm sure most who are correct, I am from 09:00 o'clock in the morning of the day (24/09) trying to get some support from gms, searched media via tickets, emails est of soft and so far nothing.

So if someone else is the same problems please record the ticket (not sure if already checking station, most not hurt to try).

Furthermore has the private message pro gm online, that does not answer any of the messages sent to them.


NOTE: MY ID STARTS WITH LETTER "K", I NOTICED THAT NEITHER THE NICK OF ACCOUNT (THE EST SOFT ), ACCEPT THE SITE WHEN STARTS WITH LETTER "K".

the help desk site has been down for a good month +, wish they would get it back up and running, but who knows, as for now, ive just been using the forum for issues, back on the main page there are areas u can get help in, but it will not be a instant reply, may take a few days.
