    How I fixed my launcher problem

    I went to Program Files > Cabal online > Launcher ... I deleted the file called cabal 'cabalesp'.

    When I opened launcher it worked, but it was in Spanish....then I selected 'Options' and changed it back to English.

    Let me know if this also works for you guys.
