If you notice, the word hacked is between the quotation marks. That's mean they are probably not responsible if you get scammed. Since people overuse the word "hacked" to say that they are scammed. I think the TOS use the word "hacked" to make the majority understand... lol

normally according in legal terms and applications with acts/rules/regulations/bylaws/statutory obligations when you "random" something it is assumed that the word has a special meaning and thus the meaning of that word should be paid attention to whatever is defined.
