Also does anyone have any idea what they mean about the whole left/right hand weapons? Does it mean there's going to be even more restrictions on items making it harder to get good stuff?

no, just means you cant do stuff like wearing a GS on a non WA, or wearing blades on a WA, etc.

From what I recall, hasn't that been the case for over a year already? I couldn't wear blades to pet train for the longest time ever <_<

Some of their "updates" to field bosses are already in effect, as well.

Probably cause:
L. Increase rate of obtaining certain scrolls when extracting Weapon/Armor item higher than +7 enchant level.
- Target Scrolls: Sword Amp./Magic Amp./Critical Rate/Max Critical Rate

just something bothering me is that :
GG. Drop for Volcanic Citadel Changed
- Drop rate for core drastically lowered.
- Relic box can no longer drop Slot Extender (High).
- Drop rate for Slot Extender(High) drastically lowered
→ Consequently, overall drop is changed
so what will we get from SoD now ? osi non-slot ?
