    I have sent a few tickets over the past 2 weeks and none of them have been answered. Can some one look at ticket 132666 please....

    well they also gotta deal with EUs tickets I think. And LA and NA and the million and a half globals (not an accurate number) that play NA so they need translators. And we've seen how fast that goes.

    Well considering they were around ticket 130500 on my first ticket and this being my 5th ticke is 132666 i feel it shouldn't take this long to answer one considering they can just copy and paste memos om the tickets that ask the same thing -_-

    Think you're underestimating how much work customer service is. xD Also seems they don't have a dedicated customer service person so it's on top of their other responsibilities. I could understand not enjoying going through people's, often angry or stupid, questions for the few that are legitimate and/or reasonable.
