GameGuard ERL PROBLEM !

what has been done:
-Re-installed cabal
-deleted and re-installed GG
-closed down all processors possible
-had no AV and firewall is disabled
-deleted cabal through the registry as well as GG and re-installed after that
-restarted several times doing these things.
-has been given my GG files same error.
and still can't play normal im on windows xp i

I've tried everything it's possible for 5 days , i'm looking on every single site and i don't know what could i do to fix it . And it's clearly not our problem , i have 4 guys that want to play with me , they have the same problem !!
