How to cancel FREE PLATINUM SERVICE?

Hi all I'm a new player... I noticed that after a few days the 75% EXP included with the FREE Platinum Service went down to 25%... I would rather use the 100% LEVEL BOOSTER package that I bought but the FREE service doesn't expire until August 12th... Is there any way to cancel it so I can use my level booster now?

I submitted a ticket #174847 just in case. I would like it removed as soon as possible since I plan on leveling this weekend

You had 75% exp cause of this event. You cannot cancel the premium service you have at the moment and will have to wait for it to expire before you use another premium service.

Thanks a lot for your reply it makes sense now. So there's no way to cancel the Free Platinum Service damn ok I guess 25% will have to do for now then
