PVE it will only be 45. Also I always switch rings when I aura so that doesn't count. And once again, hard luck isn't affected by your max rate.

hard luck basically kills off the cap and adds the rate and dmg right? ( from what i remember)

my fb used to have 210dmg 40rate.
both methods work for me.

New ring is useless for us except in BM1, use the 45/47 rate build imo. Personally, I have 47 rate and waiting for K-Board Black to be re-release again and be at 49 rate.

I swear every thread you have a different character with end game gear? like how much of sun light did you miss per day to get all that gear?

I'd still go with 45/162 + 47/162. And btw are you saying even with aura your rate is capped at 45? Cause the way I look at it, it should be at 50 when you aura, considering you take off an AoP.

I am not 170 and I don't have a 40/7 helm, so it is still useful to me.

No with aura I have 48 rate no matter what because I put 4 crit rings on. Unless I'm in war with the k black board on, 50 rate then.

Yeah I was thinking that because it didn't add up, 48 is plentiful for pve, unless you want 50 throw on that board. The build that I'm going with after the ring comes out should land me 51/171.

Don't get me wrong, I think that 48 rate is more than enough for pve. I was just saying that aura doesn't affect my normal ring decision since I never wear rol while in aura...
