Missing details on the new update/patch?

why didnt the update patch tell us equipment bonus when wearing 4 armor of same grade is now gone?

They didn't remove it, it's just placed on the top of your inventory next to the security check and equipment lock as such
Most of these questions can be answered by reading this. Idk why the gms didn't include it in the patch notes though :c
